1.1. This Policy is drawn up in accordance with the personal-data legislation of the Russian Federation. The Operator — a self-employed individual (samozanyaty) Yan Romanovich Skidkov, INN 713304727529 — undertakes to respect the rights of personal-data subjects.
1.2. The Policy applies to data processed in the Mixer AI service (https://mixerai.org).
3.1. Providing access to the Service and performing generations.
3.2. Accounting for balance, processing payments and refunds.
3.3. User support and informing about the operation of the Service.
3.4. Ensuring security and improving the Service (anonymized analytics).
4.1. Processing is carried out on the basis of consent expressed by using the Service and voluntarily providing data, as well as for the performance of the contract with the User.
5.1. Data may be transferred to: payment services (to process payments and refunds), AI model providers (prompts and uploaded materials — to perform a generation), and in cases provided for by law.
5.2. In other cases, personal data is not transferred to third parties.
6.1. Data is stored for the period necessary for the purposes of processing and in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, and is protected by reasonable organizational and technical measures.
7.1. The User may request access to, correction or deletion of their data, and may withdraw consent, by contacting support.
8.1. The Service uses cookies and analytics systems to operate the interface and assess effectiveness. Cookies can be disabled in the browser settings.
