Terms of Use

By using Mixer AI, you accept the terms of this agreement.

Service

Mixer AI provides access to tools for creating and processing content. The features, limits, cost and availability of individual functions may change; the current terms are shown in the interface before the relevant action is performed.

Account and security

You are responsible for actions performed through your account and undertake not to give third parties access to it. You must not bypass technical restrictions, interfere with the operation of the service, use other people's data or impersonate another person.

Materials and acceptable use

By uploading materials or sending requests, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions. It is prohibited to use the service for unlawful acts, infringement of third-party rights, distribution of malicious code, fraud or causing harm.

Results

The result of automated processing may contain inaccuracies and requires your review before any important use. You determine for yourself whether, and in what manner, the result may be used.

Access through third-party assistants

Mixer AI features can be used through applications that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor, if the relevant client provides this capability. A Mixer AI account and a separate connection via OAuth, with a choice of permitted actions, are required. Signing in and confirming the connection do not constitute consent to a coin charge. The user can revoke access in the Mixer AI profile under Connected Apps and disconnect the integration in the third-party client itself.

MCP capabilities differ between applications: the interactive Canvas window, result preview and file upload may be unavailable. In that case, text tools and, where provided, links to Mixer AI pages are available. The set of models, parameters, processing times and limits are determined by the current terms of the service and are shown before the relevant operation.

Access to a third-party assistant is also governed by its own rules. Mixer AI is not responsible for chat storage, system settings and the operation of the interface of the third-party application, which it does not control. The user must handle account permissions with care and must not share their authorization credentials with other persons.

Requests and attachments when working through assistants

By sending text, photos, video, audio or a Canvas project through MCP, the user confirms that they have the rights and the necessary consents for their processing, including the consent of the people depicted or recorded, where required. The original file is transferred only when the client actually uploads it or provides the available bytes; merely mentioning a file in a chat does not mean that Mixer AI has received it.

Materials and requests may be processed by technical contractors in the categories described in the Privacy Policy: infrastructure and storage, content processing, security and moderation. Illegal materials, infringement of the rights and privacy of third parties, malicious use and circumvention of technical restrictions are prohibited. The Service may refuse to perform an impermissible request. Results may contain errors and must be checked by the user.

Coins, cost confirmation and result

Coins are purchased on the Mixer AI website under the applicable public offer (in Russian) and through the payment methods available there. No new purchase of coins is made in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or other MCP clients: these clients may use the existing balance for ordered operations.

Before each paid run, the user must receive an exact quote stating the selected model, parameters and price in coins, and must expressly confirm that specific operation. For a single generation, confirmation may be given by a button in a supported interface, through a Mixer AI confirmation page, or by an unambiguous standalone reply of “I agree” to the question about a specific price. A simple “yes”, OAuth sign-in or the assistant's own reply is not sufficient. For batch operations and paid Canvas execution, a separate confirmation through a supported interface or a secure page is required. Submission of the job and the charge may occur asynchronously; a request whose outcome is uncertain should be retried only with its original identifier preserved, to avoid a double charge.

Cancellation of an operation that has already been accepted for execution may be technically impossible. The terms for crediting and refunding coins, erroneous payments and services not rendered are determined by the public offer and mandatory law. If an operation ended with a technical error, the user may contact Telegram support, stating the request identifier. A mere mismatch with creative expectations does not necessarily mean a technical error.

Access periods, revocation of permissions and deletion

Ordinary uploaded references not attached to Canvas are kept for up to 1 day; the results of ordinary MCP generations for up to 10 days; media attached to Canvas for up to 50 days. After the period expires, the link to the file or the ability to view it may become unavailable. Project data, the history of operations and payments may be kept separately under the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Revoking OAuth access ends new actions on behalf of the connected client, but does not automatically delete projects already created, the history or paid operations. Requests to obtain or delete data are sent to support; mandatory retention periods may apply. To delete a conversation stored by ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or another client, use the settings of the client itself.

Age of users

Use of the integration is possible from age 13, subject to the age rules of the third-party platform and applicable law. Users aged 13–17 need the permission of a legal representative where it is required. Independent purchase of coins and use of a paid balance are permitted from age 18; if the law allows a minor's actions to be carried out through a legal representative, such actions must be performed by the representative in the prescribed manner. If the third-party platform sets a higher minimum age, its restrictions apply.
