Refund Policy

1. Subject

1.1. This Policy governs the refund of funds for topping up the balance (coins) in the Mixer AI service (https://mixerai.org).

1.2. Provider: self-employed individual (samozanyaty) Yan Romanovich Skidkov, INN 713304727529.

2. Nature of the service

2.1. Coins are used to pay for image and video generations. The service is considered rendered at the moment a generation for which coins were charged is performed.

2.2. Coins spent on successfully completed generations are non-refundable.

3. When a refund is issued

3.1. A refund of funds for unspent coins is possible upon the User’s request.

3.2. A full refund is issued if:

coins were not credited after a successful payment;
a duplicate (erroneous) payment occurred;
a generation was not performed through the fault of the Service but coins were charged (in which case the coins are returned to the balance or compensated).

3.3. A refund is calculated net of coins already spent and of payment-system fees, if any have been withheld.

4. Refund procedure

4.1. A refund request is sent to support: t.me/mixerai_support — indicating the payment date, amount and account (email/login).

4.2. The request is reviewed within 10 business days.

4.3. If approved, the funds are returned using the same method by which the payment was made.
