1.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Provider — a self-employed individual (samozanyaty) Yan Romanovich Skidkov (INN 713304727529) — and the User of the Mixer AI service located at https://mixerai.org (the “Service”).
1.2. Starting to use the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. The User must be a legally capable individual aged 18 or older.
2.1. The Service provides access to image- and video-generation tools powered by artificial intelligence models.
2.2. Generation features are paid for with the Service’s internal units — “coins” — which the User acquires by topping up their balance.
2.3. The cost of each generation in coins is shown in the interface before it is started.
3.1. The balance is topped up on a 100% prepayment basis through connected payment services (including YooKassa, Lava, NOWPayments).
3.2. After a successful payment, the corresponding number of coins is credited to the User’s balance.
3.3. Coins are not electronic money and are used solely within the Service to pay for generations.
4.1. The User undertakes not to use the Service to create content that violates the law or the rights of third parties, or materials of an unlawful, offensive or otherwise prohibited nature.
4.2. The User is responsible for the queries (prompts) they enter and the materials they upload, as well as for the further use of generation results.
4.3. The Provider undertakes to keep the Service operational and to charge coins according to the displayed cost of generations.
4.4. The Provider may change the list of models, the cost of generations and the Service’s features, and may restrict access in the event of a breach of this Agreement.
5.1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider does not guarantee that the generation result will fully match the User’s expectations, since the result is produced by AI models.
5.2. The Provider is not liable for interruptions in the operation of third-party AI providers and payment services.
5.3. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure.
6.1. Refund terms are defined by the Refund Policy.
7.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
