What the direct test actually showed
These are observations from one architecture test, not a universal model ranking.
- With the same simple exterior prompt, the reviewer saw more varied vegetation and clearer roof shingles from Nano Banana 2; GPT Image 2 showed repeated-looking textures.
- With a more detailed prompt, Nano Banana 2 produced a strong image but changed the viewpoint. A retry with an explicit instruction not to alter the camera angle fixed it.
